Consultancy
Energy Plus has a highly experienced HR team having hands–on-experience for a long period. They understand different varieties of fuel and are aware of the combustion abilities of those. The thoroughly professional team guides about the proper utilization of the fuels and the utmost care of the total unit to maximize the utilization of heat.
As an independent consultant, Energy Plus initially understands the specific requirements of the client and gives opinion on the make of the boiler accordingly. It takes all the responsibility of installing the boiler in case of a new project. In case of a functional boiler, it helps in the “ Heat Recovery “ i.e minimizing depreciation and bring it back to the initial energy producing efficiency.

Projects
The Project division of Energy Plus is highly experienced. The company possesses the required specialization for the installation of boilers, fabrication, erection of piping, pressure vessels, storage tanks, chimneys, ducting and structure etc. It has successfully erected S. S. pipelines in distilleries and pharmaceutical companies. The team has effectively completed a number of IBR jobs with 100% radiography quality welding.
It takes all the responsibility from the infrastructural up-gradation of the site to the boiler installation. It takes care of all the aspects of boiler implementation along with the safety measures in accordance to the government regulations. It is familiar with following National and International Engineering Codes for fabrication and welding: IBR, BIS, ASTM, ASME, DIN, API.
Apart from installation of boiler and S.S. Pipeline,it is equipped to execute small projects on turn Key basis worth up to Rs. 10 million, consisting mechanical, civil and electrical. Recently we have executed one such project in Britannia Industries Limited, Kolkata.

It is not only the installation and the operations that matters for a boiler, maintenance plays a really vital role.
With passing time and without a proper O & M strategy, the boiler tends to get out of initial adjustment. Its efficiency decreases and up goes the energy consumption. The consumption can drastically increase up to 10 %, resulting in a huge rise in expenditure incurred by the company.
Thus, savings from energy-efficient O&M strategies can be thought of as “Avoidable Consumption.” This is where Energy Plus helps you, with constant monitoring of fuel consumption patterns and comparing the same with design consumption. Necessary preventive maintenance is carried out to ensure that unit is healthy, efficient and component wear-and-tear is low. We achieve very good fuel ratio and low spare consumption in each of our operation site due to continuous effort.
Our team has the competence and skill to take charge of boilers and Thermal Fluid heater with different fuels (Solid, Liquid and Gas), firing and controls (from Manual to FBC as well as DCS control), Water Treatment Plant (Softener, DM, Mixed Bed and RO Plant), Effluent Treatment Plant and other utility services. Till date we have successfully manned Boilers and other utility services for more than 6 Lac machine hours.
